The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released a notification for the recruitment of 65 Senior Secretariat Assistant / Upper Division Clerk posts under the Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS) Cadre of the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT). This is a Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for serving Lower Division Clerks (JSA/LDC) of the Central Secretariat Clerical Service under DoPT.

Eligibility | पात्रता
The SSC SSA / UDC Limited Departmental Competitive Examination 2025 is open only to regularly appointed Lower Division Clerks (JSA/LDC) serving in the Central Secretariat Clerical Service (CSCS) cadre of DoPT. Candidates must have rendered not less than five years' approved and continuous service in the Lower Division Clerk Grade as on August 1, 2025.
Selection Process | चयन प्रक्रिया
The selection process includes a Computer Based Examination (CBE) which is scheduled tentatively in August 2026 in Delhi-NCR only.
How to Apply | आवेदन प्रक्रिया
Interested candidates can apply online through the SSC website from June 25, 2026, to July 16, 2026. After online submission, the printed application with all documents must be forwarded through the Head of Department or Head of Office to the Regional Director, SSC (Northern Region), New Delhi.
